Who we are
Any Help Services Inc. ("Any Help Services," "we," "us") is a non-regulated business support company based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, providing data entry, IT services, and business support to Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) and immigration law firms across Canada. We are not an immigration consultant and do not provide immigration advice.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information through anyhelp.ca and the Client and Staff Portal. It applies to information submitted by client firms, their staff, and the individuals whose immigration files those firms instruct us to process.
Information we collect
At the direction of a client's licensed RCIC or lawyer, we may collect: personal details (name, date of birth, contact information); passport and immigration status details; marital and family details (parents, siblings, children, and other relatives); language test results; education, address, travel, and employment history; financial status; details of any government or military positions held; and background/admissibility information, including questions about criminal history, prior permanent-residence or refugee applications, prior refusals, and serious physical or mental health conditions.
We also collect basic account information (name, email) for client-firm staff and portal users, and standard technical information (such as IP address) when pages, fonts, or scripts load from third-party domains (see Cookies & third-party services, below).
How we use your information
We use this information solely to carry out the data-entry, IT, and business-support work instructed by the client's own licensed RCIC or lawyer — primarily, populating IRCC application forms and maintaining case files. We do not assess eligibility, provide immigration advice, recommend a visa category, or communicate with IRCC on anyone's behalf. We do not use personal information for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not sell or share it with any third party beyond the service providers listed below, who process it only to help us deliver the service.
Who we share it with
- The instructing RCIC or lawyer who directs the work and already holds the underlying file.
- Supabase, our hosting and database provider, which stores and processes portal data on our behalf.
- Resend, which sends our team an email notification when someone submits the "Contact Us" form on our website.
We do not share personal information with any other third party, and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal, accounting, and professional reporting obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold on a file by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days. Because files are created and maintained at the direction of a client's RCIC or lawyer, we may confirm with them before deleting anything tied to an active or recent case.
Cookies & third-party services
Our website and portal load fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from the Tailwind CDN and jsDelivr — loading these shares your IP address with those providers, the same way loading any web page does. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and add a cookie-consent banner at that time.
Security
Portal access requires a password meeting our strength requirements, checked against known data-breach lists; staff and admin accounts require two-factor authentication. Data is stored with Supabase using encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information in our care.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with a new effective date.
