Terms & Conditions
Effective date: September 30, 2026 · Contact: [email protected]
This page summarizes the terms that apply to work done through anyhelp.ca and the Client Portal. The signed services agreement between your firm and Any Help Services is the governing contract and includes the detailed terms for liability and ending services.
1. Parties & scope
These Terms & Conditions supplement the signed agreement between the client firm ("Client," typically an RCIC practice or immigration law firm) and Any Help Services Inc. ("Any Help Services," "we," "us"), based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. They govern the data entry, IT, and business-support services we provide. Fees are billed to the Client firm directly — never to the Client's own applicants.
2. What we do — and don't do
Any Help Services is a non-regulated business support company. We do not provide immigration advice, assess eligibility, recommend a visa category, sign or submit applications, or communicate with IRCC on a Client's or applicant's behalf. All work is performed exclusively at the direction of the Client's own licensed RCIC or lawyer.
3. Client-provided information
We enter and process information exactly as provided by the Client (via their RCIC or lawyer) and do not independently verify it. The Client, and their instructing RCIC or lawyer, are solely responsible for the accuracy, genuineness, and legality of the information and documents they provide. Any Help Services is not responsible for errors or consequences arising from inaccurate or false information supplied to us. Where an error is caused by our own mistake, we will correct it once at no charge.
4. Fees, refunds & cancellation
The first file submitted after the services agreement is signed is covered by a 30-day refund if the Client is not satisfied with the service. Once full data-entry work is underway — from the second file onward — fees are non-refundable. Updates or changes requested on a file after it has already been submitted and reviewed are billed separately at $25/hour.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all Client and case information as confidential, and use it only to perform the services described in this agreement. We will not disclose it except to the service providers necessary to deliver the service (see our Privacy Policy) or as required by law.
6. Ownership of work product
Completed files, forms, and materials prepared for a Client remain the property of that Client.
7. Liability & ending services
The specific terms for limitation of liability and for ending services are set out in the signed services agreement between your firm and Any Help Services.
8. Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms, and the services agreement they supplement, are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, and any dispute arising from them will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always governs new work accepted after a change.
