Any Help Services was founded to provide back-office data processing, document preparation, IT, and business support services to Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) and immigration law firms across Canada.

Important legal notice: Any Help Services does not practice immigration consulting. We do not provide immigration advice, assess eligibility, recommend a visa category, sign or submit applications, or communicate with IRCC on a client's behalf. All work is performed exclusively at the direction of licensed RCICs or authorized lawyers, under the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants Act (S.C. 2019, c. 29) and IRPA.

Built around Canadian privacy law from day one
PIPEDA Compliant
Client data is handled under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, with a published privacy policy and breach-response protocol.
Secure Infrastructure
All client data is stored on encrypted, password-protected, Canadian-hosted servers, with access restricted to staff assigned to that file.
Trained Staff
Every staff member completes legal-boundary and privacy training and signs a confidentiality agreement before any file access is granted.
What we never do
- Provide immigration advice or assess eligibility
- Recommend a visa or program category
- Sign or submit applications to IRCC
- Communicate with IRCC on a client's behalf
The legal boundary we operate within
Any Help Services is a non-regulated data processing and business support company. It is not a licensed immigration consultancy and does not act as an authorized representative under the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants Act (S.C. 2019, c. 29) or the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA).
All data entry, form preparation, and administrative work is performed strictly at the written direction of a licensed RCIC or authorized lawyer, who retains full professional and legal responsibility for the file, the advice given, and the representations made to IRCC.
This structure is designed specifically so your practice can delegate volume-heavy, time-consuming administrative work without any ambiguity about who is providing regulated advice — that responsibility never leaves your desk.
